Ladies of all ages, join us for a tea party at 10:30am on Saturday, May 9th. Friends, family, and granddaughters are all welcome!
Please fill out the form below. Each table is a team that decorates their table with a theme of your choice! If you need to be paired up, please indicate that on the form.
Bring enough of your favorite tea to share. We will do a tea exchange! Bags will be provided, and each lady will leave with a bag of assorted teas to take home.
We are in need of brunch items for this event. If you can sign up to bring a savory or sweet item, please indicate.
I, the participant and/or parent/guardian acknowledge that the programs of Grace Pointe Baptist Church are administered by volunteers. In consideration for accepting the registration of the named individuals and permitting the voluntary participation of said individuals in its programs, I (for myself, my heirs and assigns) hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Grace Pointe Baptist Church and their volunteers from and against any and all claims arising out of or relating to illness, physical injury, death or other damages that may result to said individual while participating in a church sponsored event. I attest that I am physically capable to participate in this event. However, should officials, representatives or volunteers determine in their sole discretion that completion or participation in any games or events would be injurious to my health, or should I become ill or sick, I consent to my removal and treatment by any physical or medical care provider at the discretion of the event or volunteers. I give my permission for free use of my name and/or picture in broadcasts, telecasts or written accounts of any participation in any church event.
